Overall, I am happy with my experience. My one point of feedback, there was no place in my order (that I saw) where I could add special instructions about the order. I emailed the florist after completing my order to ask for Tulips to be added to the bouquet, as they are my wife's favorite, I never received any response to that request and no Tulips were included.
